Comrades Marxist-Leninist and workers of the arm and of the mind
in Italy and in the whole world, also this year is over and nothing
has changed, as it happens continually since the dawing of the mankind,
when the then brutal, inhuman and the ascending managerial class,
which with its force put an end to the experience of the primitive
Communism and it began to subject, enslave and exploit the working
class, imposed the division of the society in classes set against
and in conflict one against the other.By now milleniums are over since
the managerial class subjects and exploits the working activity of
thousand millions of men, with exception of the bright, very short,
very humane and civil experience of the Socialism achieved in the
twentieth century, that has been marked tragically by the extension
of the domination of the capitalism and of its imperialistic expansion.
The capitalism has continued imposing someone else’s exploitation,
wild wars of aggression, subjection, exploitation, and murder of whole
peoples and to compromise the envoriment balance of our planet and
to put in danger the same survival of the mankind.
It was the year of the further worsening of the imperialistic domination
over the world, of the greater barbarization of the political, economic
and military pressure of the imperialistic government of the United
States of America over the countries occupied, subjugated, exploited
and politically controlled by puppet governments, the year of the
increase of the hungry and despairing emigration from the underdeveloped
world to that industrialized one, by paying an awful number of deads,
of repression and of persecution by the capitalistic states when these
consider full the inhuman inner labour market of importation and it
was also the year of the continuity of the United States brutality
in the occupation, in the exploitation and repression of Afghanistan
and Iraq, of Palestine and Libanon through its faithful armed arm
and Israeli murder. It was the year, in which the most to-day
ferocious despot and criminal of the capitalistic and imperialistic
world George Bush who, for his reiterated crimes of war should be
processed by an International Court, has surpassed his fellow man
Adolf Hitler in the repression and of the Iraqui people and in the
murder of his similar despot of the same capitalism and imperialism
Saddam Hussein.
In Italy the conditions of economic and social life of the working
class of the wider popular masses have got worse; the fatal accidents
on the work now touch impressing levels; in the formers, in the offices,
in the countries and in the services the exploitation, the precariousness
and the insecurity of the work are disconcerting and of a cruelty
far from any principle of humanity and civilization; the election
victory of the coalition between centre and leftwing parties on 9.
and 10. April has demonstred soon, as the PCIML had once more announced,
its total political, economic and social identity with the coalition
between center and rightwing parties and with the approval of the
financial act 2007, right defined by the labour movement also
“social slaughtering”, has passed every expectation
in the realization of a huge transfer of social richness from the
already mangled and exploited working class to the national and international
capitalistic class, by imposing new regional and town taxes, sanitary
tickets, reduction of the social services with the increasing of the
respective costs and with the pension reform; new privatitations have
been reproposed and started, the continous increasing of light, gas,
telephone, transports etc. persists; the constant rising of the cost
of living goes on, the South continues to be land of conquest, of
exploitation and of enslavement of the capitals colonizers of the
North of the country and of the multinationals; the Euro continues
to starve us etc.
With the direct accomplicity of the coalitions of rightwings and leftwings
and of the bourgeois Sindacates of the capitalistic regime Cgil- Cisl-
Uil, Ugl etc. chic have liberalized the inhuman market of the labour
force to exploit, great public and private firms, in order to favour
the early retirement and the reduction of the employees are legalizing,
institutionalizing and monarchising the inherance of the jobs from
parent to son. It is an ignoble, shameful and discriminating
practice, which excludes all possibility to find a job to those joung
people, holders of a diploma or graduates, who have not the luck of
a parent with an open ended contract, especially in a persistent unavoidable,
widespread unemployement in a country with capitalistic system.
But 2006 was also the year of the first presence of the PCIML at the
political elections in the senate constituency of the region Campania
- where it obtained the unforseen electoral success of about 1% of
the valid votes on the glorious symbol of hammer and sickle and of
the star of ideological nature and revolutionary political bolscevic
contents - and of its growth at national level. Another important
aim it was the realization, nearly finished, of the translation in
english language of the site of the Party, which we invite to visit
at the adress www.pciml.org .
In Italy and in all countries of the Earth the governments of the
bourgeois and capitalistic Left, the false revisionist, opportunist
Communist parties - in Italy the are the parties Rifondazione and
Communisti Italian besides the Communist Party of the Workers that
is currently being formed - and the so many forms of revisionism of
the principles of the scientific Socialism and of the Marxism-Leninism
continue denying the revolutionary way to the Socialism, to support
the servival of the barbarous capitalistic system and to deceive the
great part of the proletariat.Today the working class has no institucional
representation - of course of nature and class and revolutionary perspective
in the right way that the working class must never manage the bourgeois
institution that we must pull down, but, on the contrary, only in
order to bring the class struggle also to the interior of the political
capitalistic power in order to fight and reach just now the improvement
of the hard conditions of life of the working and popular masses and
in order to bring near, also from that struggle position, the perspective
of the socialist revolution - and socially it is represented only,
really and consistently by the PCIML, which is growing.
At present in our country, and all those living our political
situation, there is the urgent need of making the PCIML, in terms
of militancy and of consent of the working class, a great class and
revolutionary party in order to lead the italian proletariat toward
the revolution and the socialist society before and communist after.
The PCIML, forged in the forge of the principles, of the strategy
and of the tactics of the Marxism-Leninism, of the historical experience
of the Bolscevic Communist Party and of the Partito Comunista d’Italia,
of the glorious October Revolution, of the building of the Socialism
realized in the former USSR, of the principles of the Third Internationale
and of the thought and the work of our great masters of the international
proletariat Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin, is the only consistent
marxist-leninist Party, after the historical experience of the PCd’I,
that can lead the italian working and intellective working class to
the class struggle in order to defeat the capitalism and to build
the Socialism.
The avant-garde of the working class must overcome soon the today
ideal and political phase confusion, of ideological sliding and resignation
and must commit itself directly for the radicalization and territorial
expansion of the PCIML in the whole country and must fail each form
of consent and of political and trade-union support to the bourgeois,
revisionist and riformist left and to the false communist parties.
It needs to make the PCIML the only Party legimitaded to represent
and defend the political and social, present and next interests of
the italian proletariat.
Also the class struggle can assume revolutionary valence to reach
the immediate improvement of the dramatic conditions of daily life
of the working masses and to make near the conquest of their political
power. The PCIML is strongly engaged to promove the unity of the consistent
Marxist-Leninst Communist Parties of the various countries inward
the rebuilding work of the Third Internationale. The international
unity of the marxist-leninists is basic to defeat the internal enemies
of the communist and working movement.
We must continue without a break that hard teorical and political
work of unmasking and condemnation of the bourgeois, opportunist,
economistic, movementistic, pacifist, anarchic-trade-unionist, revolutionaristic
and arriviste positions of the revisionists and their organizations
in order to prevent them from continuing to deceive and deviate from
the revolutionary struggle that side of the working class not yet
conquered to the principles and to the strategy of the Marxism_Leninism.
The revisionism, that present itself and works under various forms
and cunning puts a mask as an deceivable communist appearance, remains
the main of the class and enemy revolutionary emancipation of the
working classes and of the socialist and communist future. It cannot
exist socialist perspective without defeating before the revisionist
culture and politics, which, unfortunatelly still abounds in the national
and international ranks of the working and Communist movement. Any
effort must be spare in the wilde and endless struggle against the
old and new revisionism. Without the Party of the Revolution, that
is the PCIML and of its revolutionary class struggle the italian proletariat
would have any emancipation and liberation perspective from the millenary
slavery of the owner’s exploitation with the PCIML the workers
of the arm and of the thought must rediscover and soon the passion
and the pride of the militancy and of the struggle which were already
of the militants and fighters of the Bolscevic Communist Party and
of the Partito Comunista d’Italia.
The PCIML is inspired by the Party of Lenin and Stalin, by the revolutionaries
by profession and of the democratic centralism. In short the PCIML
is a steel Party in the principles of the Marxism-Leninism and in
the absolute fidelity to them in the consistent and strict defence
of present and future class-interests of the working-world, today
exploited and massacred by the political, economic capitalistic dictatorship.
On the grounds of these few, but clear ideal, political and
strategic considerations and in the name of the whole Central Committee
of the Party I express the best wishes of a Good Year 2007 to all
marxist-leninist comrades and sympathizers of the Party, to the italian
working class and to the proletariat of the whole world, so that the
advance of the peoples towards the Socialism and Communism starts
again. Let the 2007 be for the PCIML the year of the further and necessary
organizing expansion on the national territory and of great popular
consents to its political national and international struggles.
